ANDRES GOMEZ BUENO | President
Andrés Gómez Bueno, Director General of Grupo GoF in Santander, Spain, brings a wealth of experience in commodity trading, port operations, and digital innovation.
Known for his commitment to diversity and proactive social responsibility, Gómez Bueno has been a driving force in several business associations at local, national, and international levels. His leadership will focus on strengthening the role of agribulk terminals in EU food and feed supply chains and fostering strategic collaboration across the sector.
JARKKO ARRAJOKI | Vice-President
Jarkko Arrajoki, CEO of Suomen Viljava Oy, Finland’s largest grain handling and storage company, joins as Vice-President. With over two decades of experience in the grain and milling industry, Arrajoki is recognised for his strategic leadership and dedication to safeguarding the grain supply chain in Finland.
His appointment signals UNISTOCK’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across European terminals.

Secretary General
Iliana Axiotiades is currently the Secretary General of COCERAL, which represents European traders in agri-commodities and agrosupply, and UNISTOCK Europe, the European association of portside storekeepers of agri-bulk commodities. She also acts as a Senior Advisor for EUROMALT, the European trade association for the malting industry. Iliana is also Vice-President of the IGTC – the International Grain Trade Coalition, which brings together grain trade association on all continents across the globe.

Director Sustainability & Trade Policy
Flora Dewar is the Director Trade & Logistics of COCERAL, EUROMALT and UNISTOCK Europe, which she joined in October 2018. She manages sector-relevant EU policy issues, dealing with, among others, International Trade and Market Access and sustainability-related topics such as Deforestation and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence.

Scientific & Technical Advisor
Gianluca Nurra is Scientific & Technical Advisor at COCERAL and UNISTOCK Europe since February 2019. Since 2003, Gianluca, who holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences, as well as a Master’s degree in Management of Organic Farms, has been working at the international level in the fields of agriculture and rural development, food and feed safety, food quality, control and certification, and sanitary and phytosanitary issues.

Policy Advisor - Environment
Aivija joined COCERAL, EUROMALT and UNISTOCK Europe in August 2019, and she is analysing and presenting EU trade and agricultural policies/initiatives relevant to cereal and oilseed trade. Supporting the Trade & Agricultural Policy Manager in her economic affairs and EU Common Agricultural Policy work, Aivija is also responsible for managing COCERAL’s databases on Crop Forecast and Corn Import Duties.

Junior Policy Officer
Josef Haeuser is the Junior Policy Officer of COCERAL, EUROMALT and UNISTOCK Europe and he joined the office in November 2023. He supports the Directors of Trade, Logistics and Agri-policies with their work while also assisting the rest of the team.

Stéphanie Pelet-Serra is Director Agri-Policies at COCERAL, which she joined in June 2024. She is responsible for food and feed safety regulatory issues likely to affect the cereals and oilseeds trade, but also for broader policy issues affecting agricultural production in the EU (e.g. CAP).
